Full renovation of property
Vanguard Services successfully completed the full renovation of 78 guestrooms and associated corridors and common areas. The extensive renovation occurred while the hotel maintained their occupancy. New carpet, tile, paint, and wall-covering finishes highlight the upgraded and newly installed FF&E package. Vanguard worked with Precision and oversaw the duration of the job including change orders while meeting the demands of the project schedule and exceeding customer expectations over the life of this hotel project renovation.
